NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

Eligibility: Kennywood Park Contest is offered to adults 18 or older between May 27^th, 2013 and July 14^th, 2013.  Employees and volunteers of WJAC-TV, Kennywood Park and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses or individuals living in the same household) are not eligible to participate in the drawing.

How to enter: You may enter the sweepstakes 1 time per day by visiting the station’s website at www.wjactv.com and complete an entry online.

Prizes: One winner will receive a family pack of 20 tickets to Kennywood Park.  Tickets must be used at Kennywood Park and not affiliated parks. (Idlewild, SandCastle)  Picnic baskets are allowed, or for a group of 50+, you can call John Rodgers for more information on catering and pavilion access at 412-461-0500 x1129. Tickets are valid until September 15th, 2013.

Only entries received within the above specified time frame will be eligible for the prize drawing. No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted, except by the station in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  

Selection of Winner: Winner, as specified above, will be determined by random drawing from all eligible participants on or around July 15^th, 2013. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of participants. Winner will be notified by phone and/or Email within 2 days of the drawing. Winner will have 1 day from notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize during the specified time period, a new winner will be drawn from all eligible participants.  The station is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete loan applications or entries, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

Winner may be required to sign a Media Release form. By accepting and or using prize, winner agrees to use of winner’s full name and /or likeness for the purpose of appearing in print and/or electronic media without compensation. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 

General Terms: Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions by WJAC-TV as final.
