Eligibility: The Hidden Valley Resort Free Getaway Package is offered to adults 18 or older between January 7, 2012 and February 11, 2013.  Employees and volunteers of WJAC-TV and Hidden Valley Resort and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses or individuals living in the same household) are not eligible to participate in the drawing.

How to enter: You may enter the sweepstakes by visiting the station’s website at www.wjactv.com and complete an entry online. Only one online entry per person per day is permitted. If multiple online entries are received, only the first entry received will be entered into the drawing.

Prize: One (1) winner will be selected and will receive the Hidden Valley Resort Getaway Package, to include

Two Nights’ lodging for two in a standard room in the Four Season lodges, two any day ski/board tickets, plus a complimentary breakfast and use of the indoor pool and fitness club.

Only entries received within the above specified time frame will be eligible for the prize drawing. No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted, except by the station in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Selection of Winner: Winner, as specified above, will be determined by random drawing from all eligible participants on or around February 18 , 2013. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of participants. Winner will be notified within 14 days of the drawing. Winner will have 15 days from notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize during the specified time period, a new winner will be drawn from all eligible participants.  The station is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete loan applications or entries, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

Winner may be required to sign a Media Release form. By accepting and or using prize, winner agrees to use of winner’s full name and /or likeness for the purpose of appearing in print and/or electronic media without compensation. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 

General Terms: Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions by WJAC-TV as final.
