Richland Fitness Contest

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

Eligibility: The Richland Fitness contest is offered to adults 18 or older between January 1, 2013 and March 31, 2013. Employees and volunteer of Richland Fitness, WJAC-TV and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses or individuals living in the same household) are not eligible to participate in the drawing.

How to enter: You may enter the sweepstakes in one of two ways: (1) Visit Richland Fitness and scan the QR code, (2) By visiting the station’s website at www.wjactv.upickem.net/engine/Welcome.aspx?contestid=75528 and complete an entry online. Only one online entry per person per day is permitted

Prize: One (1) winner will be selected and will receive the Richland Fitness Package, to include 1 year free membership, free training session with a professional trainer to get  you started, free access to Zumba, Yoga, Interval and all other classes, a tanning package (2 months unlimited) and a exclusive Richland Fitness Apparel package.
Prize two (2) 1 winner drawn each month of promotion for 1 month free with a 3 month commitment.
All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Selection of Winners: Winner (prize 1), as specified above, will be determined by random drawing from all eligible participants on or around April 16, 2013. All decisions are final and binding. Winner (prize 2), as specified above, will be determined by random drawing from all eligible participants on or around February 1, March 1 and April 1, 2013.Odds of winning will be determined by the number of participants. Winner will be notified within 14 days of the drawing. Winner will have 15 days from notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize during the specified time period, a new winner will be drawn from all eligible participants.  The station is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete loan applications or entries, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

Winner may be required to sign a Media Release form. By accepting and or using prize, winner agrees to use of winner’s full name and /or likeness for the purpose of appearing in print and/or electronic media without compensation. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 

General Terms: Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions by Richland Fitness and WJAC-TV as final.
